The only personal data collected is through the contact form: name, email address, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for pre-contractual measures at your request.
When you submit the contact form, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided. Your message is only forwarded to me after you click the confirmation link in that email. The link is valid for 48 hours. If you do not confirm, no data is stored or processed further.
Confirmation and notification emails are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France). Brevo acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. Your name and email address are stored in Brevo after confirmation to allow follow-up communication related to your inquiry. Brevo is an EU-based provider and compliant with GDPR. Their privacy policy is available at brevo.com.
Contact data (name, email) is retained in Brevo for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, or until you request deletion. Message content is not stored in Brevo — it is delivered by email and retained only in the email inbox.
